Product Introduction
The portable temperature calibrator is a new product developed in response to the on-site calibration requirements of users. It uses a highly stable temperature controller and the heat-distributing block is made of alloy materials with good heat conductivity. When used within the required temperature range, it can conveniently set and precisely generate the desired temperature. It has the features of small size, rapid heating, stable temperature control, and no pollution. It can perform overall calibration of temperature sensors and instruments, making it highly suitable for industrial field applications.
Characteristics of Portable Temperature Calibrator
1. A variety of test holes are provided, which can meet the testing and calibration requirements for sensors of different sizes and quantities.
2. The probe is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor that responds quickly, enabling it to accurately measure the temperature inside the heat sink.
3. The segmented temperature control technology is adopted, enabling rapid and stable temperature control within the full range.
4. Utilizing a unique furnace body compensation heating technology, the temperature inside the furnace can be made uniform and stable.
5. The heating rate can be adjusted according to user requirements.
6. Equipped with intelligent color display instrument, it can be operated via touch screen and has multiple correction parameters.
7. Wide temperature range - from -45℃ to 1200℃, selectable as per your choice.
Advantages of Portable Temperature Calibrator
1. The touchscreen instrument has a measurement and control accuracy of 0.01 grade. Its control accuracy is higher than that of ordinary instruments. After the temperature of the temperature furnace reaches a constant level, the temperature fluctuation is less than 0.1℃ per 5 minutes, ensuring stable performance.
2. The temperature furnaces usually have relatively large linear errors, which is what is commonly referred to as a certain degree of accuracy deviation. Generally, the accuracy of electric furnaces exceeds 1℃.
Using touchscreen instruments can avoid these problems. The touchscreen has a 20-segment temperature correction function, which can adjust the temperature of each temperature segment to within ±0.2℃ or even higher before leaving the factory, thereby improving the test accuracy.
3. The resolution of the touchscreen display is 0.01℃.
4. You can also observe the changes in the temperature curve during the heating process.
5. The temperature error of the touch screen instrument is less than ±0.2℃.
