ASTM D4751 Geotextiles Dry Sieving Method Effective Aperture Determination Machine Geotextile Sieve Rate Test Equipment
Introduction
The effective aperture measuring instrument for geotextiles (dry sieving method) uses the dry sieving method to determine the equivalent aperture of geotextiles and related products. Using a geotextile sample as the sieve cloth, place the known diameter standard particle materials on the geotextile and vibrate the sieve. Weigh the weight of the standard particle materials that pass through the geotextile, calculate the sieve rate, replace with different diameter standard particle materials for the sample, thereby drawing the aperture distribution curve of the geotextile and calculating the O90 value.

Characteristics
The design is split into two parts to prevent damage to the control system caused by vibrations during high-speed operation.
The mechanical vibration screen is operated by vibration, which is smooth and highly efficient.
The vibrating screen can adopt two vibration modes: shaking and impacting. The vibration frequency is stable.
Equipped with locking protection device, enhancing the stability of the body;
Equipped with an anti-static device to prevent the glass beads from accumulating on the sample surface due to the effect of static electricity;
Five sets of sieves were tested in parallel, achieving energy-saving and high-efficiency results.
