Product Introduction
The Cutting Mill is suitable for the pulverization and homogenization of samples that are soft, medium-hard, tough, elastic, fibrous, or synthetic in nature. Employing the principles of cutting and shearing, it achieves gentle and rapid size reduction of samples while preventing sample denaturation. This cutting mill not only boasts exceptional pulverizing capacity but is also user-friendly and easy to clean. Its powerful 3 kW drive motor ensures a broad range of applications. When used in conjunction with the optional cyclone separator, the unit is capable of processing small-quantity or lightweight samples.

Working Principle
Samples are introduced into the grinding chamber via a splash-back-proof hopper. Inside the chamber, the samples undergo cutting and pulverization through the combined shearing and cutting action of a rotating rotor blade and stationary cutting edges. The final particle size of the processed sample is determined by the mesh size of the bottom sieve; a wide variety of sieve specifications are available to meet the diverse requirements of different sample types. Output particle size is controllable through the selection of bottom screens with varying mesh sizes.
Optional cyclone separator attachment is available, ideal for processing fibrous or lightweight samples; it enhances pulverization efficiency and reduces dust hazards.
