Instrument Overview
This instrument is used to test the opacity of plastic pipes and fittings (displaying results as a percentage). It replaces traditional methods for testing pipe opacity. Controlled by an industrial touchscreen, it features calibration, data analysis and calculation, and USB storage of test results. It is a device for measuring the opacity of water supply pipes or fittings exposed to visible light to prevent algae growth inside the pipes.

2. The light flux acquisition system utilizes an industrial-grade high-precision light collector with strong anti-interference capabilities and a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter circuit, ensuring stable and reliable measurement results with a resolution of 0.01%;
3. The sample holder provides three positioning points for each sample and features voice prompts;
4. Color LCD touchscreen control and display, offering convenient operation and intuitive display;
5. Test data can be stored via USB flash drive for easy test recording;
6. Compact size, reasonable structure, space-saving design, stable performance, high efficiency, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
