Application Scope
This machine is suitable for simulating the dyeing and finishing drying process in a laboratory setting, conducting resin hot-melt dyeing and baking fixation tests, obtaining and verifying the composition formulas and process conditions of dyes and auxiliaries, and testing important quality aspects such as fabric feel, dye discoloration, and color fastness, obtaining flat and accurate finished fabric samples. The entire machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
Equipment Features
1. Box-type integrated structure, completely simulating the performance of a large-scale industrial hot air stenter machine, and featuring a comprehensive thermal insulation and energy-saving design.
2. Dual temperature control, allowing separate setting and control of the front and rear chamber temperatures.
3. Hot air circulation, the fan uses an imported special high-temperature resistant motor.
4. Symmetrical staggered air duct structure ensures uniform hot air distribution.
5. Imported digital display PID temperature controller automatic temperature control system provides stable and accurate temperature control.
6. Pin plate chain structure with automatic width adjustment device;
