I. Main Functions and Scope of Application
This machine is mainly applicable to standards such as GB 7948-1987 (Limit PV Test Method for Plastic Bearings) and JB/T 7381-2010 (PV Value Measurement Method for Powder Metallurgy Oil-Impregnated Bearings). It is used to determine the limit performance of sliding bearings, including plastic bearings, copper-based, iron-based, and other base powder metallurgy oil-impregnated bearings. It can measure the limit value of pressure (P) that the bearing can withstand at a certain sliding linear velocity (V), or the limit value of sliding linear velocity (V) that the bearing can withstand at a certain pressure (P). It can also measure parameters such as bearing temperature rise, friction coefficient, PV value, and wear amount. Tests can be conducted under various conditions, including dry friction (no oil lubrication) and oil lubrication, as well as varying load, speed, time, friction pair materials, surface roughness, and hardness. This machine is suitable for sliding bearing testing and other professional fields, and has a wide range of applications in petrochemicals, universities, research institutes, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, quality supervision departments, and industrial and mining enterprises.
II. Operating Conditions
