Product Description
Developed based on the SH/T 0699-2023 standard,it can achieve high-precision measurement of the temperature when the two phases of a mixture separate. Combined with the automatic analysis and measurement software, it can display the temperature and pressure in the system in real-time, making it particularly suitable for measuring the miscibility of various refrigerants and oils.
The device has a wide temperature measurement range (-30~100℃), which can meet both high-temperature and low-temperature miscibility measurements. It also has high pressure resistance (up to 5MPa) and is equipped with an automatic pressure relief function, eliminating concerns about damage to the test container under high temperature and pressure and ensuring the safety and reliability of the testing process. The device is configured with three test chambers, allowing three experiments with different proportions to be carried out simultaneously. In addition, the core device can be taken out at any time, facilitating sample replacement during the temperature control process, which greatly shortens the temperature control time and improves testing efficiency.

1. Accurate pressure measurement: Using a high-precision pressure sensor, the pressure measurement accuracy is 0.1%FS within the full range;
2. Accurate temperature measurement: The temperature measurement accuracy is better than 0.05℃;
3. Precise temperature control: The temperature fluctuation is less than ±0.05℃;
4. Modular device: The core device can be taken out at any time, facilitating sample replacement during the temperature control process and greatly shortening the temperature control time;
5. High-definition camera system: A built-in high-definition camera allows users to monitor the dissolution state of the sample to be tested in real-time through software and record experimental phenomena;
6. Multi-channel measurement: It can simultaneously conduct experiments with three different proportions, and can also perform parallel measurements on samples with the same proportion multiple times;
7. Wide application range: Used for measuring the miscibility of fluids within the range of -30~100℃ and 0~5MPa.
