Product Description
The Heat Flow Method Thermal Conductivity Meter employs a grating displacement sensor for precise sample thickness measurement, suitable for determining thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of interface materials. The system features an automatic pressure protection design, capable of applying up to 3.4MPa of pressure to effectively reduce contact thermal resistance. It also enables pressure control, allowing measurement of thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of samples under different pressure conditions. Equipped with automatic temperature regulation and control, the device achieves a temperature fluctuation of better than ±0.05℃, ensuring the accuracy of measurement results.
Based on ASTM D5470, it is designed for measuring thermal resistance and conductivity of interface materials. It features an automatic pressure protection design, capable of achieving a pressure of 3.4MPa.

1. Pressure control: Equipped with functions of automatic pressure application, pressure measurement, pressure maintenance and overpressure protection, with customizable pressure up to 10 MPa;
2. Automatic thickness measurement: High-precision displacement sensor enables automatic thickness measurement, avoiding large errors caused by manual operation;
3. Automatic temperature control: After placing the sample, automatic measurement can be completed by simply setting the test temperature in the software;
4. Easy operation: Simple instrument connection, with quick USB-based connectivity between the main unit and testing software, as well as between the main unit and temperature control system;
5. Wide applicability: Capable of measuring various thermal interface materials such as thermal conductive films, thermal greases, gels, substrates, ceramic sheets, and rubbers.
