Product Introduction
The microcoulomb sulfur analyzer is a product that applies microcoulomb analysis technology and is controlled by a computer for microcoulomb titration. It features reliable performance, simple operation, good stability, and easy installation. It complies with standards such as SH/T 0253, SH/T 0222, GB/T 11060.4, GB/T 11061.4, GB/T 6324.4, GB/T 12688.6, and GB/T 11141. It can be used to analyze the total sulfur content in petrochemicals, coal chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and natural gas products, and also for the analysis of chlorine content. It is widely applied in power, petroleum, chemical, commodity inspection, universities, and research institutions.
Functional Features
1. The entire machine is composed of a computer, the main unit of the micro coulomb analyzer, a temperature and flow controller, an electrolytic cell, a stirrer, an injector, etc.
2. During the analysis process, the operating conditions, analysis parameters and analysis results of the instrument are all directly displayed on the monitor.
3. The gas flow system is controlled by a mass flowmeter and a float flowmeter (optional).
4. Mass flow meter: All gas flows are controlled by electronic mass flow meters. The gas flow is set and controlled by the computer without manual intervention. The input flow is stable, reducing the repeatability and reproducibility deviations caused by flow fluctuations (optional)
The temperature and flow controller is equipped with an automatic controller for the cooling fan.
5. When the temperature of the cracking furnace reaches 80℃, the fan starts working automatically. When the temperature drops below 80℃, the fan stops working automatically.
6. This design ensures safety and convenience.
7. The Windows operating platform and the friendly user interface make it more convenient and faster for analysts to operate.
