1. The VMC200B is a desktop machining center operating on 220V power; it features a compact footprint and lightweight design while offering the full functionality of a standard machine tool.
2. It utilizes a fully enclosed structure made of transparent acrylic and sheet metal and is CE certified. Equipped with a safety door interlock, it ensures operational safety while allowing for clear observation. Key components include high-precision ground linear guides (H-grade), a cast-iron body, and high-precision ground ball screws. A centralized lubrication system for the X, Y, and Z axes guarantees machining accuracy. Despite occupying only 0.5 square meters, it boasts powerful actual machining capabilities.
3. It is equipped with an industrial-grade 980MC CNC system and a 6-station umbrella-type automatic tool changer (ATC). It includes an automatic tool setter and supports the optional installation of a fourth-axis CNC indexing head for 4-axis simultaneous machining. A mobile base with casters is available as an option, which includes a work piece cooling circulation system.
4. Programming uses ISO-standard G-code (supporting M-codes and S-codes) and is compatible with FANUC and Mitsubishi G-code formats. It supports graphical programming and integrates with various CAD/CAM software packages (such as Master CAM, UG, Solid Works, Fusion360, Hyper mill, and Power Mill).
5. Primary machinable materials include steel, iron, copper, aluminum alloys, PVC plastic, and acrylic.
6. It is primarily used for precision machining of small parts in corporate R&D departments, universities, and maker/innovation laboratories.
