The liquid supply system utilizes a professional-grade syringe pump for research applications, capable of delivering a continuous and stable flow. The feed rate is adjustable to accommodate the requirements of various spinning solutions. It offers stable pushing force and high-precision control over the liquid feed rate.
The standard spinneret is a conventional needle, available in various gauges. It is mounted on an insulated bracket capable of automatic reciprocating motion parallel to the collector, effectively enhancing spinning uniformity. We can also customize coaxial spinnerets to produce core-shell or hollow fibers based on customer requirements, or provide optional multi-spinneret setups to increase production efficiency. The high-voltage power supply offers continuously adjustable output (0–30 kV), ensuring a stable electric field for prolonged electrospinning operations.
The standard collection unit is a rotating drum collector with adjustable speed; the drum diameter can be customized. Adjusting the rotation speed allows for effective control over fiber alignment.
