Product introduction
The Protective Clothing Flame Spread Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the ISO 15025 standard for protective clothing combustion testing.
It assesses the flame spread characteristics of protective clothing when subjected to a small flame.
This professional instrument is primarily used to evaluate the ignition hazard and flame spread performance of protective clothing, as well as to determine the flammability risks of fabrics and other similar combustible materials.

Features
1. Combustion chamber made of stainless steel; aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant; dimensions: 1200mm x 600mm x 1200mm.
2. All specimen holders made of stainless steel; aesthetically pleasing and corrosion-resistant.
3. Standard burner; flame height: 25mm ± 2mm (horizontal), 40mm ± 2mm (vertical); nozzle orifice: 0.19mm.
4. Automatic timing and data storage; timer precision: 0.1s.
5. PLC and touchscreen control system for intelligent testing; automatic recording and storage of test data.
6. Imported pressure gauge and regulating valve ensure stable gas pressure.
7. Imported needle valve for precise flame height control and enhanced flame stability.
8. High level of automation; simple and user-friendly operation.
9. Equipped with two sets of specimen holders (for surface ignition and bottom-edge ignition); both made of stainless steel.
10.Automatic ignition and automatic flame extinction.
11.Equipped with a flame height gauge.
12. Automatic high-voltage pulse electronic ignition.
13. Timing button integrated with PLC to automatically record and store combustion duration.
14. No need for manual stopwatches or manual timing; the system automatically records test duration and generates test reports.
15. Test duration and flame application time are configurable via the touchscreen to meet various testing standards.
