Design Principle
The equipment can automatically perform multiple freeze-thaw cycles to determine surface weathering degree. Test results can evaluate specimens' resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. In addition, internal damage inside concrete can be measured by ultrasonic testing.
Product Features
1. Equipped with touchscreen controller and self-developed control system. It features friendly, concise and easy-to-operate interface with stable control program to ensure continuous non-stop operation.
2. Heating and cooling adopt adaptive PID algorithm control, which greatly improves control accuracy.
3. Integrated unit with reasonable structural design and small floor space. Low-center-of-gravity casters are installed at the bottom for easy installation and movement.
4. Circulating water pump is shielded type with stainless steel components, featuring low temperature resistance, low noise and zero liquid leakage.
5. Refrigeration unit adopts Copeland compressor with high energy efficiency and stable performance.
