Product Introduction
The carbon black dispersion analyzer is a measuring instrument equipped with an optical microscope and featuring a wide range of image processing capabilities, capable of meeting various image processing requirements.

Application scope
This instrument is compatible with the software based on LR3900 and the corresponding industrial microscopes. It measures the size, shape and distribution of carbon black particle clusters through image analysis, and establishes the intrinsic relationship between these parameters and macroscopic performance indicators such as mechanical properties, anti-static properties, and hygroscopic properties. This will have a significant impact on the quality assurance of rubber materials, production processes, and new product development, and at the same time promote the rapid improvement of the technical level of enterprises and the industry.

1. The determination of carbon black dispersion degree and other parameters is completed by the computer using the industry image analysis method, with high detection accuracy.
2. The particle size of the target carbon black can be analyzed from micrometers to millimeters.

4. Images can be saved individually, and the image size can be selected from four options: 640*480, 1024*768, 1280*1024, and 2592*1944.

6. The software has two modes for carbon black image segmentation: automatic and manual.
7. The software can meet the requirements for partial analysis.
8. Equipped with a micrometer scale, pixel point size calibration can be performed, and the software has a moving scale function for measuring the distance between any two points.
9. According to the types of carbon black in rubber, a standard image library provided by ISO has been established to meet the customer's visual comparison needs; customers can also establish their own standard image libraries.
10. The output results cover the number, size, area, etc. of carbon black particle clusters, and can be output in the form of data reports and Excel.
11. Provide image gray-scale distribution map, particle size distribution map, and particle size distribution map.
12. The report results include: sample name, standard name, original image, gray-scale map, etc. The report output format is diverse, and the options for saving can be image format or PDF format.
