Product Introduction
The LR-DSC-40A is designed based on the tower heat flow principle. It is a conventional thermal analysis instrument that measures the change of the heat flow difference between the sample and the reference sample over time or temperature under program temperature control. This product uses milligram-level sample volume and can measure basic data such as specific heat, glass transition temperature, melting point, melting enthalpy, reaction heat of thermosetting plastics, reaction kinetics of thermosetting plastics, and gelation conversion rate.

1. Using mature tower-type heat flow technology, the instrument's resolution and sensitivity are enhanced.
2. High-performance heat flow sensors with antioxidant substrates are adopted to achieve higher sensitivity and better dynamic response, accurately capturing micro-temperature changes.
3. The silver furnace body ensures higher heat transfer efficiency and reduces cross-interference between reference and sample.
4. The instrument has heating and isothermal control modes.
5. The instrument has analysis functions such as DSC Onset Point, Start set Point, Endset Point, baseline, heat flow peak, glass transition temperature, heat peak area, heat absorption and release enthalpy, peak temperature, extrapolated temperature, specific heat, etc.
6. The data acquisition frequency of the instrument reaches 50Hz, effectively enhancing the instrument's sensitivity and resolution.
7. The optimized structural design provides reliable baseline stability for the instrument and improves the signal-to-noise ratio.
8. A high-definition touch screen is configured, enabling quick and easy operation of the instrument.
