Instrument Introduction
The on-line near-infrared moisture tester adopts the most advanced three-band six-beam near-infrared diffuse reflection principle in the world, which can rapidly and continuously measure the material moisture content on the conveyor belt, and non-contact the measured material, realizing the real-time dynamic monitoring of the material moisture content, and the reaction time is only 5ms, realizing the rapid real-time monitoring and feedback of the product moisture content. It greatly meets the strict requirements of the product for water management. Due to the non-contact measurement method, it will not cause any damage to the measured material, thus providing a precise and efficient solution for water control in the production process.
Product characteristics
1. Non-contact, the use of infrared technology to measure the moisture in a diffuse reflection way, real-time display of the change of moisture content on the production line, without pre-processing the sample;
2. Multi-channel setting, the moisture meter has a total of 20 channels, numbered from 1-20, each channel number represents a group of the above channel parameters, change the channel number, that is, select different channel parameters to meet the needs of the same instrument to measure different types of materials;
3. Strong anti-interference, not affected by external light changes, the probe has automatic temperature compensation basically not affected by external temperature changes, good long-term stability;
4. The installation is simple, the operation is convenient and fast, the installation and commissioning period does not affect the normal production, the moisture meter uses the predetermined standard, and the calibration work can be completed only by correcting the intercept (zero) on the site;
5. The probe built-in MCU, the use of full digital computing, light signal processing ability, black and other light absorption material judgment ability is higher, while increasing the visible light signal measurement, obviously limited to reduce the impact of color change, to cope with complex test site adaptability;
6. Installation and debugging is simple, does not affect the normal production, predetermined standard, field correction intercept to complete the calibration;
7. Simple operation, after installation in the position to be tested, sample near the test point, test moisture with laboratory standard method, just compare the standard test data and instrument data, adjust the translation and sensitivity parameters to complete the calibration and start running.
