Product Overview

1. The test gear completes all error measurements in a single setup, including the gear's radial total deviation Fi″, the single-tooth radial total deviation fi″, and the radial runout Fr″ obtained from the comprehensive test, center distance deviation, common normal length, and span distance M value.

2. Measurement results are clearly displayed in large, dark colors; the status is obvious, with each error clearly highlighted in a red (out of tolerance), yellow (repairable), and green (acceptable) color.

3. Burr locations in the measurement results are easily identified. The results are displayed simultaneously in both rectangular and polar coordinates. The burr location can be quickly selected using the mouse, and the burr automatically rotates to the operator's view.

4. A complete set of evaluation standards are available, including ISO-1328, JIS-1702, DIN-3983, and free tolerances; additional standards can be added upon user request.

5. Software The device features comprehensive control functions, allowing for the setting and status viewing of all motion functions, facilitating equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Motion functions include measuring rotation direction,

engagement/disengagement status, action during air blowing measurement, and whether to trigger measurement action when a workpiece is present.

6. Measurement speed is adjustable, manually adjustable from 2 to 20 seconds.

Instrument Features

1. Overall Structure

1) Adopts a marble base; marble has high precision and good stability.

2) The workpiece column's lower center uses a Morse taper center, ensuring good positioning accuracy and easy replacement.

The workpiece column uses a steel guide rail structure, offering high precision, good stability, adjustable precision, and convenient maintenance.

3) A double-slide structure is adopted. The main slide separates the meshing gears, minimizing measurement error variations by the micro-motion slide.

4) The standard gear shaft uses a short-shaft structure, offering better stability and significantly less variable displacement compared to the long-shaft type. It is also lightweight. The standard gear shaft sits on the micro-motion slide, resulting in low inertia and allowing for accurate measurement of minute errors.

5) A full-grating ruler structure is used. The micro-motion part connects to the micro-motion grating ruler, providing strong anti-interference capabilities. Center distance calibration is unnecessary; system reset is sufficient before measurement.

6) The electrical box is located at the rear, isolating electrical components from the mechanical parts of the measuring instrument and preventing damage from oil leaks.

7) The micro-motion tension is adjustable, utilizing patented technology.

8) Auxiliary buttons and auxiliary clamping components are easily disassembled and replaced.

 

2. Electrical Configuration

1) The linear guide uses TBI high-precision guide rails; the micro-motion guide uses TBI V-type guide rails, which have a low static friction coefficient and are sensitive to errors.

2) The grating ruler uses imported grating rulers, effectively ensuring instrument accuracy.

3) The scale wheel uses a servo motor, ensuring the driving capability of the drive wheel.

4) The control card uses Shenzhen Gaochuan, with the same accuracy standards as gear measurement centers.

5) Different electrical components are powered by independent power supplies to prevent power energy fluctuations from interfering with the same level circuit.

6) The slide motor uses a ball screw motor, which integrates the motor and ball screw, making debugging and maintenance convenient and preventing jamming.

 

3. Functional Features

1) Measurement can begin upon power-on engagement, measuring center distance, common normal, and span distance.

2) Measurement results can be easily viewed by controlling a three-color indicator light.

3) The software allows setting the measurement speed and controlling the measurement cycle (2-20 seconds).

4) Automatic disengagement and engagement during measurement.

5) Controllable air blowing during measurement.

6) Adjustable rotation direction: clockwise or counterclockwise.

7) Safety protection to stop measurement: excessive error, stop button, top center status, limit trigger, etc.

8) Quick positioning of error burrs; maximum error automatically rotates to the operator's position.

 

Software Operation

1. Turn on the power and wait for the dual-gear measuring instrument software to run automatically.

2. Input basic parameters (number of teeth on the product gear, number of teeth on the standard gear, module, pressure angle, helix angle, displacement coefficient) or read stored parameters.

3. Meshing of the gears begins; measurement completes.

Note: If center distance measurement is required, a reset is necessary; otherwise, measurement can be performed upon power-on.
