Product Introduction and Principle
Available liner options include nylon, stainless steel, polyurethane, alumina ceramic, zirconia ceramic, and others. The unit can also be optionally equipped with a variable frequency speed control mechanism. Models featuring automatic discharge and a protective outer jacket are available, offering convenient operation, clean discharge, and zero dust pollution. It is widely utilized in industries involving ceramic powders, ferrites, glass raw materials, metal powders, mineral processing, alloys, coal, coke, and more. During operation, the grinding media and materials inside the mill drum rotate together, lifting to a certain height. Under the influence of gravity, they detach from the drum wall and fall along a parabolic trajectory; the materials are pulverized through the combined impact of the grinding media and the friction and shearing forces generated by the media's rolling and sliding motions.
