The LR-WRLDN-6700 Constant Temperature and Humidity Weighing System (also known as a low-concentration weighing system) is specialized laboratory equipment designed for the equilibration and weighing of sampling filters and filter heads used to measure low-concentration particulate matter in exhaust gas from stationary pollution sources. The system offers high-precision control over the internal temperature and humidity of the chamber, ensuring highly accurate weighing results. It operates by housing a high-precision balance within a stable, controlled environment; samples are placed inside the system and equilibrated for 24 hours before manual weighing takes place. This system eliminates the impact of laboratory ambient temperature and humidity fluctuations on weighing results, thereby enhancing measurement accuracy.
The unit is equipped with casters and a self-locking mechanism for easy mobility and secure positioning, while the balance operates internally. Samples are equilibrated in a high-precision constant temperature and humidity environment to guarantee weighing accuracy. The system features automatic alarms for mechanical faults and low water levels; its rational design incorporates multi-stage anti-vibration measures to ensure the balance operates smoothly and provides stable readings. An ultrasonic humidifier is utilized within a closed-loop circulation system; condensate generated during dehumidification flows back into the water supply tank, eliminating the need for frequent refilling. Airflow within the chamber—designed with top-down circulation (air supplied from the top and extracted from the bottom)—ensures uniform temperature and humidity without disturbing sample storage or handling. A full-frame transparent window on the chamber door allows for the observation of samples inside. The observation window features double-layered hollow tempered glass, offering transparency, thermal insulation, and resistance to fogging or frost formation. It is equipped with silicone gloves, ensuring that manual operations do not compromise the stability of temperature and humidity within the chamber—thereby meeting the requirements of standard HJ836-2017 (*Determination of low concentration particulate matter in flue gas from fixed pollution sources—Gravimetric method*)—and ensuring balance weighing accuracy remains unaffected.
