Features
Imported precision pressure regulating valves and digital pressure gauges are used for both the glue valve atomization and pressure tank pressure regulation.
Power and pressure regulation are located at the front of the equipment for direct adjustment, a user-friendly design that improves operator efficiency.
The mold material conveying track is hardened and uses a specially made stainless steel chain for transport, equipped with stainless steel wear-resistant strips to extend track life.
The track adjustment uses a synchronous belt drive mechanism to ensure no flaring during long-term adjustment.
The main frame is CNC machined as a whole, with an independent pure steel gantry frame to ensure the parallelism and perpendicularity of the track and each axis.
Wind deflectors are installed at the track inlet and outlet to prevent exhaust gas leakage, and independent exhaust vents are provided, improving the workshop environment.
Programmable spraying trajectory, using teach-in mode programming, with the spraying path clearly visible on the main interface.
