JIS L1927 Fabric Coolness Performance Tester Textiles Heat Exchange Analyzer Lab Pajamas Clothing Cool Feeling Testing Machine
I. Scope of Application
The fabric coolness performance tester is used to evaluate the cool/warm sensation perceived by the human brain when fabric comes into contact with human skin. Upon initial contact with the skin, due to temperature differences, heat exchange occurs between the fabric and the skin, causing the skin temperature to rise or fall. The primary form of heat exchange between the fabric and the skin is thermal conduction, while internal thermal radiation and natural convection within the fabric are negligible. Under normal conditions (except when the ambient temperature is higher than the skin temperature), the skin temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, so contact with fabric generally causes a decrease in skin temperature.
This tester is suitable for measuring the coolness sensation of pajamas, bedding, fabrics, and underwear.

III. Instrument Features

4. Touchscreen control panel with a clear graphical interface provides more convenient and efficient operation.
5. All data and statistical results can be freely accessed within the main unit.
6. Adopts a 32-bit ARM processor with high sampling frequency and high measurement accuracy.
7. Infrared detection with optional manual/automatic testing; automatic testing eliminates human-induced errors.
8. Two test stations: Station A for Chinese and Japanese standards, Station B for Taiwanese standards.
9. Professional computer analysis software, which enables two-way communication with a PC, stores all test data and curves, and facilitates querying and printing.
