Carbon Anode Air Reactivity Tester – The product housing is manufactured using sheet metal fabrication, giving it a sleek and elegant appearance. The exterior surface features an environmentally friendly, non-polluting electrostatic powder coating process, ensuring fine craftsmanship, excellent wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. All instruments and control components used in this device undergo rigorous testing to guarantee stable, accurate, and reliable data. Controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), the entire experimental process and data handling are fully automated and intelligent. Remote monitoring and data analysis are enabled via software. With its user-friendly interface, high precision, and intelligent measurement technology, this instrument significantly enhances product testing efficiency for enterprises.
Product Application
This device is primarily used for determining the air reactivity of prebaked anodes and side carbon blocks.

1. The resistance wire and high-temperature-resistant ceramic fiber are vacuum-molded together in one step, providing excellent thermal insulation, uniform furnace temperature, and stable temperature zones.
2. A high-precision, multifunctional PID temperature control system ensures a temperature stability accuracy of ±1℃ once the furnace temperature stabilizes.
3. The air filter pressure regulator ensures the composition and pressure of the incoming gas.
