1) This tester is designed to determine whether the oxidizing power of a gas or gas mixture exceeds that of air; it is suitable for testing toxic and corrosive gases or their mixtures.
2) Complies with ISO 10156:2010 "Gas cylinders — Gases and gas mixtures — Part 2: Determination of oxidizing ability of toxic and corrosive gases and gas mixtures" (specifically Clause 4: Oxidizing ability of gases and gas mixtures) and GB/T 27862-2011 "Test method for classification of dangerous chemicals — Flammability potential and oxidizing ability of gases and gas mixtures" (specifically Clause 4: Oxidizing ability of gases and gas mixtures).

1) Features a split-structure design separating the test unit from the control system, ensuring the safety of the control unit and operating personnel;
2) Includes PC control software to simplify instrument operation;
3) Supports remote ignition to ensure operator safety;
4) Offers customizable high-frequency igniters, with arc power and duration precisely controlled via PLC;
5) Utilizes high-precision, high-frequency-response pressure sensors (response time ≤2.5 ms, IP65 protection rating); combined with fast-response solenoid valves and an automatic gas-mixing algorithm, this enables precise gas mixture proportioning;
6) Equipped with high-precision pressure sensors for accurate measurement of explosion pressure and control of gas partial pressure ratios;
7) Equipped with a magnetic stirring device;
8) Features electronic microprocessor control for ignition timing;
9) Includes an automatic purging/cleaning function;
10) Features an automatic pressure relief device; upon test completion, automatic pressure relief can be selected to vent the pressure from the test vessel;
11) Incorporates multiple explosion-proof safety features to protect operators;
12) Includes fault detection and automatic audible/visual alarm functions;
13) Fully automated testing process requiring no manual intervention; supports parameter configuration, data storage, and report viewing;
14) Supports two ignition methods—remote control and instrument-based ignition—to ensure operator safety.
