Brief Description
The Self-Heating Substance Tester determines whether a substance undergoes oxidative self-heating by placing it in a cubic wire-mesh container (with side lengths of 25 mm or 100 mm) and exposing it to air at temperatures of 100°C, 120°C, or 140°C. It complies with Test N.4 (Test method for self-heating substances) as specified in Section 33.3.1.6 of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria, as well as GB/T 21612, Dangerous goods—Test method for self-heating of flammable solids

10) The front of the equipment is equipped with an explosion-proof glass observation window, and the back is designed with a pressure relief door. The internal thrust is greater than 2.5 kgf. Open the pressure relief door to ensure safer testing;
11) The test process is fully automated, without manual intervention, and supports functions such as parameter setting, data storage, and report viewing.
