Technical Feature

Testing Principles
According to the requirements of ASTM F2338 standard, a dual cycle testing system is used. The specific testing process involves connecting the host to a specially designed testing chamber to accommodate the object to be tested. The instrument evacuates the testing chamber, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the packaging. Under the pressure, the gas inside the packaging diffuses into the testing chamber through the leakage hole. The relationship between the sensor detection time and pressure changes is compared with the standard value (established mathematical model) to determine whether the sample is leaking.
