Product Introduction
This fully automatic cement hydration heat tester was developed by our factory in accordance with the national standard GB/T12959-2008, "Method for Determination of Cement Hydration Heat." It automatically records the temperature changes of cement mortar within multiple calorimeters, calculates the total heat accumulated and dissipated within the calorimeters, and thus determines the hydration heat of cement over a 7-day (or 28-day) hydration period. This fully automated system, with dense sampling points and high accuracy, completely replaces traditional manual reading instruments. It can be used in cement plants, research institutes, colleges and universities, and construction engineering departments. It is ideal for measuring the hydration heat of cements such as dam cement, Portland cement, slag cement, fly ash cement, and cements containing admixtures. It can also measure the hydration heat of concrete and automatically calculate the maximum heat release rate.
