Working principle: The product according to the national standard pretreatment method, first of all, the sample gas to be measured into the portable gas chromatograph, after quantitative ring quantitative, through the valve switch into the chromatographic column separation, total hydrocarbon, methane or characteristic factors in turn to hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) detection, respectively determination of multiple groups of component concentration. Finally, accurate total hydrocarbon, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbon and characteristic factor values are calculated by the built-in processor.

Product characteristics
1. Miniaturized special FID detector, meet 107 dynamic linear range, support automatic ignition, automatic judgment and automatic flameout protection
2. The traditional methane non-methane total hydrocarbon on-line monitoring system is integrated into a portable case, including display, FID detector, switching valve, column, electronic flow controller, battery, gas cylinder, etc
3. No need to connect the mains and external air circuit to the site, one key to boot can measure the result
4. In order to ensure the stable use of the instrument, the main engine and heating tracing pipeline are powered by independent portable power supply
5. Automatic electronic flow module (EPC) is required to control carrier gas, hydrogen gas and combustion supporting gas. Carrier gas pressure control accuracy reaches 0.001psi
6. The analyzer adopts a large color touch screen, which can display the test concentration, test spectrum and instrument parameter status. The analyzer can be connected to the mobile handheld terminal through a stable wireless connection, which supports the control of the App on the handheld terminal
Whole-process high temperature tracing: From sampling to FID detector, whole-process high temperature tracing is adopted at 120ºC to 200ºC, which effectively solves the problem of condensation loss of samples under high temperature and humidity gas situations and provides more accurate test results
