Detailed description:
The petroleum pitch kinematic viscometer is used to measure the viscosity of viscous petroleum pitch, liquid petroleum pitch and soft coal pitch with low consistency. The viscosity is the time required for the sample to flow through the drain hole of the standard viscometer to the maximum of 50ml at the specified temperature, expressed as S, to measure the viscosity of the sample and classify the sample.
Petroleum asphalt kinematic viscometer Usage:
1. Turn on the power.
2, according to the test label and technical requirements, select the diameter of the oil tank oil hole.
3. Plug the oil hole with metal lifting rod.
4, injection water can not be too full.
5. Take the sample and melt it in a cup.
6, according to the requirements of asphalt heat conduction electrode to the required temperature, open the heating switch, meet the conditions, put the metal rod in the oil tank, asphalt flow inverted into the cylinder, add an appropriate amount of water until the sample self-flow hole into the cylinder 25ml, press the stopwatch, flow stop 100ml, stop the stopwatch, record the elapsed time.
7. After the test, turn off the power.
