Product introduction
The content of ozone in the atmosphere is very small, but the main factor of rubber cracking, this product simulates and strengthens the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, studies the action law of ozone on rubber, and quickly identifies and evaluates the method of anti-ozone aging performance of rubber and anti-ozone agent protection effectiveness. Reference standards: JIS K 6259 ASTM1149 ISO1431 GB/T13642 GB/T7762-2003 vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber ozone cracking static tensile test, GB/T2951.21-2008 general test method for cable insulation and sheathing materials, GB/T 11206-2009 rubber aging test surface cracking method, and other relevant standards specified test methods.
Principle and method
The test method can be divided into "static" and "dynamic" according to the test method and standard. Static means that the sample is put into the test box after being stretched, and the dynamic means that the sample is placed on the fixture of the test box, and the test is done while stretching. The floating tension is about 5%-45% of the tested sample itself.
