Product introduction
This high-precision Thermogravimetric Analyzer complies with mainstream international thermal analysis testing standards, including ISO 11358 (Plastics - Thermogravimetry (TG) of polymers), ASTM E1131 (Standard Test Method for Compositional Analysis by Thermogravimetry), ASTM D3850 (Thermal Stability of Solid Electrical Insulating Materials) and other global authoritative standards. All test data, curve records and analysis reports generated by the instrument are compliant with international laboratory data norms, which can be used for product certification, third-party inspection and foreign trade commodity quality appraisal.
The equipment realizes standardized and intelligent testing through professional supporting software: it can automatically record full-process TG thermal weight loss curves, complete data fitting, curve analysis and component quantitative calculation, and support one-click printing of standardized experimental reports, meeting the data traceability requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation. The standard two-way USB communication function realizes remote parameter setting, real-time monitoring and emergency stop operation, which is convenient for standardized laboratory management and remote data auditing.
In terms of precision indicators, the instrument reaches industry-leading standard parameters: the temperature control range covers room temperature to 1450℃, with a temperature resolution of 0.01℃ and temperature fluctuation controlled within ±0.1℃, realizing ultra-precise programmed temperature rise, constant temperature and cooling. The high-precision balance system achieves a weighing accuracy of 0.01mg, with a conventional measurement range of 0.1mg-2g and an expandable range up to 30g, which can meet the standard testing requirements of micro samples and large-weight industrial samples.
