Product Introduction
The LR-E500 alloy jaw crusher is a professional instrument used for preparing alloy samples. It features low noise, fast crushing speed, and is equipped with a quick sample size adjustment device. This machine can achieve the optimal crushing effect by zero-point calibration and adjusting the crushing gap of the jaw plates.
Product Application
Samples of tungsten iron alloy, molybdenum iron alloy, medium-low carbon chromium iron alloy, nickel iron alloy, vanadium nitride iron alloy, vanadium iron alloy, lithium iron alloy, silicon iron alloy, manganese iron alloy, silicon-manganese alloy, titanium iron alloy, etc.
Working principle
The prepared samples enter between the two jaw plates. The jaw plates compress and crush the samples. After the crushing, the samples fall along the wedge-shaped cavity into the collection box under the force of gravity. The size of the sample output depends on the gap between the two adjustable jaw plates. The adjustable gap between the jaw plates ensures the crushing effect of the samples.
