Dynamic Method Elastic Modulus Tester Non-Destructive Dynamic Elastic Modulus Analyzer

1.Description:

For a certain object, there exists an inherent resonant frequency. When the volume and material of the object are fixed, the resonant frequency of the object is only related to its density. The strength of the object is related to its density, so the inherent vibration frequency of the object determines its strength. If the resonant frequency of the object can be measured, the strength of the object can be calculated based on the strength theory. This instrument is used to measure the resonant frequency of the object and calculate its elastic modulus. It can be used to measure ceramics, graphite, glass, plastics, metal materials, etc. It is widely used in various production enterprises, research institutions, universities, quality inspection departments, etc. This instrument adopts imported data acquisition and control cards and is controlled by a computer to achieve full automation in the entire process of testing, calculation and report generation.

2.Standards:

GB/T3074.2-2008 "Method for Determining the Elastic Modulus of Graphite Electrodes", GB/T5594 "Test Method for Young's Modulus", and GB/T 2105, GB22315-2008 "Test Method for Elastic Modulus of Metal Materials", etc.

This instrument adopts imported data acquisition and control cards and is controlled by a computer to achieve full automation in the entire process of testing, calculation and report generation.

3.Working principle

The computer-controlled data acquisition control card outputs a sine wave signal with increasing frequency to the transmitting probe. The oscillation of the transmitting probe is transmitted to the sample, causing the sample to undergo mechanical vibration. When the transmitting frequency is the same as the inherent frequency of the sample, resonance will occur. At this time, the amplitude of the sample's vibration will reach its maximum. The vibration signal is transmitted from the receiving sensor probe to the data acquisition control card and then back to the computer. The computer scans the frequency and finds the resonance frequency. Then, based on the sample weight and shape dimensions input into the computer, the elastic modulus is calculated.

4.Configuration:

Including one LRDT-II test host (equipped with an imported data acquisition card), one exciter and receiver set, one test stand and connection cables set, one software package, and one desktop computer.
