LRH-II-300 Automatic Thermal Conductivity Tester Double Heat Insulation Plate Method

1.Description:
This instrument is based on the principle of unidirectional stable heat conduction. When the upper and lower surfaces of the sample are at different stable temperatures, it measures the heat flow through the effective heat transfer area of the sample, as well as the temperature difference and thickness between the two surfaces of the sample, and calculates the thermal conductivity. It meets the high-precision testing requirements of material testing research departments for the thermal conductivity of materials. It mainly tests plastics, glass, fibers, foams, insulation materials, etc. It is widely used in material analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production factories.

3.Feature:

1. Automatic thickness measurement: Utilizing high-precision displacement sensors for measurement and connecting to a computer for automatic thickness measurement, thereby reducing human error.
2. Automatic Pressurization System: The system automatically applies pressure, enabling tests to be conducted under various pressure conditions to measure the thermal conductivity. This method is more scientific, data-LRiven, and has higher repeatability compared to manual pressure application.
3. Using dual-platen detection, the accuracy is even higher.
