1. Product Character
The first in China to use built-in gas source device, no need for external gas source, plug-and-play.
The system adopts digital preset test vacuum degree and vacuum holding time to ensure the accuracy of test data.
The system is controlled by microcomputer and can run automatically.
The equipment is equipped with LCD display and micro printer. Support data presetting and power failure memory to ensure the accuracy of test data.
Adopting the world-renowned SMC imported pneumatic components, durable, stable and reliable performance.
The system reserved USB interface, can print out the test data, to meet the needs of different customers.
2. Test Principle
The seal tester adopts the principle of negative pressure test.
1. Vacuum the vacuum chamber, so that the sample immersed in water to produce internal and external pressure difference, observe the sample in the gas leakage, determine the sealing performance of the sample
2. The sealing performance of the samples is determined by evacuating the vacuum chamber, generating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the samples, and observing the shape recovery of the samples after the vacuum expansion and release.

GB/T 15171-1994 test method for sealing performance of flexible packaging parts;
