The PCK208A intelligent opening flash point and ignition point tester is designed according to the relevant provisions of the "National Standard of the People's Republic of China - Determination of Flash Point and Ignition Point of Petroleum Products - Cleveland Open Cup Method - GB/T 3536-2008", "ASTM D92" and "ISO2592-2000", and adopts microprocessor control technology combined with true color touch liquid crystal display system.
2. Peculiarity
Bilingual menus in Chinese and English, true color GUI touch screen interface design, intuitive display, easy operation (under certain conditions, you can quickly familiarize yourself with the operation process without reading the manual), reasonable instrument structure, wide test range, good repeatability and authenticity, etc. The test process of the instrument is fully automated, and the temperature, time and other parameters involved are displayed by the LCD screen, on which the user will also see the working status of the instrument and related operation prompts.
You only need to preset the expected flash point of the substance to be measured, and the instrument can heat up, sweep, flash point detection, ignition point detection, fire extinguishing, detection device lifting, air cooling, printout results, etc., according to the specified rate, eliminating the complicated operation process that you had to do yourself in the past; It has both the function of automatic detection of atmospheric pressure and manual input, and the manual input is invalid when the automatic detection status is valid, and vice versa. The instrument will automatically correct the test results according to changes in atmospheric pressure.
The instrument has a powerful data processing function: it can memorize the results of 100 previous analyses to facilitate your historical records to be viewed and printed. It can memorize the preset parameters before each shutdown. The instrument comes with a centennial calendar that displays the year, month, day, hour, minute and second. Optional 232 computer management interface (a set of equipment computer software).

The control core is equipped with functional circuits such as power supply, interface, clock, drive, liquid crystal display system, as well as automatic control of the whole process of inspection by executing components such as heating furnace, fire extinguishing mechanism, testing mechanism, air source control valve and lifting mechanism.
