1.Description:This is a horizontal automatic plate spraying machine, compared with the vertical automatic plate spraying machine, it has the following characteristics:
* More suitable for spraying shaped workpieces.
* Adopt double spray guns (semi-automatic) design, gravity feed design spray guns, spray volume is more stable, more convenient and precise adjustment;
* All stainless steel cabinet, easy to clean
* Workshop is equipped with water tank and water curtain system, which can absorb most of the spraying paint mist, less odor evaporation, reducing the pressure of laboratory gas emissions; closed spraying operations, the operator and paint mist completely isolated, health and environmental protection;
* Various spraying paths can be edited, such as zigzag, straight line, point type, arc type, which can be adapted to different shapes of samples or workpieces, convenient and practical;
* 10-inch touch screen control, program editing at a glance, the operation is simple and clear, easy to learn and easy to start;
* The test plate bracket can be set at any rotating angle, with automatic feeding into position function, the spray gun can be rotated within the range of ± 50 °, which greatly improves the flexibility of spraying.
