1.Product Introduction
The GA-X1 Fiber Vibration Linear Density Tester conforms to international fiber inspection standards. The vibration method for measuring fiber linear density is the testing method for chemical fiber linear density of the International Bureau of the Standardization of Man-made Fibers (BISFA). The performance of the GA-X1 Fiber Vibration Linear Density Tester, which was improved and produced in recent years, has been significantly enhanced. It has obvious advantages in important characteristic indicators such as rapid vibration start-up and wide tension application range, and has received high praise from users. In recent years, its promotion has been particularly rapid, basically replacing the original mid-segment weighing method. When the GA-X1 Fiber Vibration Linear Density Tester is connected to the XQ series tensile strength tester, it can accurately test the specific strength, initial modulus and breaking work of a single fiber.
This instrument complies with national standards GB/T 14335 and GB/T 16256, international standard ISO1973 and the test method standards of the International Bureau of the Standardization of Man-made Fibers (BISFA). It is suitable for the determination of the linear density of a single fiber and can be widely used in chemical fiber, textile and other production enterprises, inspection institutions and research units.
