1.Description
The BGD 516 Intelligent Glossmeters is a classic product featuring powerful functionality, stable performance, high precision, and ease of use and maintenance. It can measure the gloss of coating materials such as paints and inks, as well as the gloss of surfaces on materials like stone, ceramic tiles, profiles, paper, wood products, plastics, films, and metals, making it a fully capable alternative to imported similar products.

* Complies with standards: ISO 2813, ISO 7668, ASTM D 523, ASTM D 2457, ASTM C 584, DIN 67530, BS 3900 D5, etc.
* Features an automatic diagnostic function: quickly detects system errors, abnormalities in calibration standard surfaces, and improper operation, and displays messages. It also allows users to modify traceable calibration standard values to complete regular calibration.
* Designed for easy roller operation, enabling users to quickly access different operation menus.
* Pre-set menu options: angle mode, standby time, measurement group size, etc.
* Memory: Can store up to 10,000 measurement data points or 999 data groups.
* For dual-angle and triple-angle gloss meters, multi-angle measurements can be performed simultaneously with a single button press, and results are displayed.
* Parameters such as current measurement frequency, current measurement value, and group average value can be directly displayed.
* Supports selection of 8 display languages, including Chinese, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.
* This instrument not only measures gloss values but also measures haze equivalent to the ASTM D 4039 standard (applicable to dual and triple gloss meters).
* Immediately delete invalid measurement data: Hold down the measurement key (approximately 2 seconds) to delete the last measurement data. Invalid data is typically caused by operational errors in the current measurement group.
* Operational prompts: The instrument features functions such as storage space full alerts, self-diagnostic error alerts, and low battery alerts. The instrument can be conveniently connected to a computer via a cable accessory.
* Bluetooth connectivity is provided, enabling seamless connection between the instrument and a computer or mobile device. This not only expands functionality but also enables intelligent measurement operations and production automation.
* Free gloss data processing software (Windows version) is provided. Through this software, users can easily preset instrument parameters. Additionally, measurement data stored in the instrument can be uploaded to a computer for storage and processing.
* Free mobile software (Android version): Through this software, the instrument can collaborate with mobile devices to achieve online measurement, settings, and data upload functions.
* Powered by a single AA (LR6) battery, compatible with alkaline or rechargeable batteries. This battery features low power consumption, easy replacement, portability, and convenience for mailing.
