The TENCAN 6L Semi-Circle Round Vertical Laboratory Ball Mill is designed for ultra-fine grinding, mechanical alloying, and nanopowder synthesis. Its compact, high-efficiency design makes it ideal for R&D labs, universities, and industrial research. The system supports multi-sample processing, low-noise operation (<60 dB), and repeatable results for small-batch production of advanced materials.
The mill consists of four grinding jars mounted on a rotating turntable. High-speed rotation induces planetary motion, where the grinding media (balls) impact and shear the material. This generates uniform particle reduction through:
