The TENCAN Vacuum Tube Furnace is a high-temperature horizontal tube furnace designed for vacuum processing, inert gas protection, reducing atmosphere treatment and controlled atmosphere heat treatment. According to different temperature ranges and application requirements, the furnace can be equipped with a high-purity quartz tube or a high-purity alumina tube. Temperature options are available from 300°C to 1600°C, making it suitable for laboratory research, material testing, quality inspection and small-batch thermal processing.
This series delivers stable heating performance, precise temperature control, excellent insulation and uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace chamber. With vacuum and gas atmosphere functions, it is widely used in universities, research institutes, laboratories, material companies, mining enterprises and industrial production facilities for high-temperature sintering, metal material treatment, powder metallurgy experiments, ceramic research and thermal analysis.
As a horizontal tube furnace, samples are placed inside the furnace tube, where both the heating program and atmosphere environment can be accurately controlled. Users can create different processing conditions such as vacuum, nitrogen, argon, inert gas or reducing atmosphere to meet specific experimental and production needs.
The furnace chamber uses high-quality alumina polycrystalline fiber insulation formed by vacuum adsorption technology, offering excellent heat preservation, low heat loss and improved energy efficiency. The double-layer air-cooling furnace shell helps keep the outer surface temperature below 50°C during operation, improving equipment safety and user comfort.
The furnace is equipped with a 50-segment programmable temperature controller for automatic heating programs and stable process control. It also features 304 stainless steel double-sealed flanges, adjustable flange supports, over-temperature protection, leakage protection and optional molecular pump systems for higher vacuum requirements.
Maximum temperature options: 1200°C with resistance wire heating, 1400°C with silicon carbide heating elements, and 1600°C with molybdenum disilicide heating elements.
