4L Omnidirectional Planetary Ball Mill for Uniform Powder Grinding
Product Overview
The 4L omnidirectional planetary ball mill is designed for laboratory powder grinding, material mixing, sample preparation and small-batch process development. Compared with a standard planetary ball mill, the full-directional structure adds 360° overturning movement during operation, helping the material move more completely inside the jars and reducing common problems such as settling, sticking and uneven grinding.
This model is suitable for research teams and production laboratories that require stable grinding performance, flexible jar selection and repeatable results across different materials. It can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding, mixing and mechanical alloying, depending on the sample properties and selected grinding media.

Full-Directional Grinding Design
During operation, the grinding jars rotate around their own axes while the planetary disk revolves. At the same time, the full-directional mechanism changes the jar position in three-dimensional space. This combined motion allows the grinding balls and materials to be repeatedly lifted, impacted, rolled and sheared from different directions.
The result is more active material circulation inside the jar, improved use of the grinding media and better grinding consistency, especially for samples that are easy to accumulate in one area during conventional milling.
