Working Principle of Lab Vibrating Ball Mill


The vibrating ball mill system comprises a reinforced frame, heavy-duty chassis, precision vibration exciter, grinding cylinder assembly, damping springs, and high-torque motor. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric vibrator to generate high-frequency oscillatory motion (typically 800-3000 RPM), creating intense micro-amplitude vibrations (1-10mm) within the grinding chamber.
