Small Laboratory Single 100×1200 Spiral Classifier Machine for Mining Metallurgy

This small laboratory single spiral classifier machine is designed for dehydration, desliming, dry and wet classification of non-metallic ores in geological, metallurgical units and concentrator laboratories.

Utilizing the principle of different solid particle sizes, specific gravity, and settling speeds in liquid, this machine separates fine mineral particles that float in water and overflow from coarse particles that sink to the tank bottom. The coarse material is then pushed upward by the screw mechanism, filtering powder from the mill separately before returning coarse material to the feed inlet. Available with electric or manual lifting devices.

The spiral chute is raised and calibrated vertically, then fixed in position using an iron frame or wood. Ore is delivered to the spiral feed top via sand pump, with supplementary water added to adjust ore paddle concentration. Natural paddle swirls from high to low, generating inertial centrifugal force in the rotating bevel flow rate. Separation occurs through gravity and centrifugal force of the swirling flow, utilizing differences in specific gravity, grain size, and shape. Concentrate flows into the bucket and is removed via pipeline, while tail sand flows into the sand pond and is drained by sand pump, completing the beneficiation process.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

A: We have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.
