The small ball mill is a horizontal rotary cylindrical equipment driven by external gears. When operational, raw materials are evenly fed through the hollow shaft into the first chamber containing stepped or wavy lining plates with various steel ball sizes. Centrifugal force lifts the steel balls to a certain height before they fall to impact, crush, and grind the materials. After the first chamber, qualified particles pass through a single dividing plate into the second chamber with flat plates and steel balls, where further grinding occurs. Final qualified particles and powders are discharged from the opening port.
