Product Overview

The Laboratory Rotary Kiln addresses the limitations of traditional chemical powder roasting and decomposing furnaces such as intermittent shuttle kilns and push-plate kilns, which suffer from long cycles, high energy consumption, and uneven heating that can cause product defects.

Advanced Design Features

Our externally heated rotary furnace features a stainless steel drum welded from heat-resistant stainless steel plate with an internal scraper. Driven by a mechanical system rotating at 1-10 rpm, it continuously moves material layers to the discharge end, enabling continuous production. Output can be flexibly adjusted by changing drum inclination and speed.

Heating is provided externally via coal, gas, or electric sources, avoiding product contamination from flue gases. The powder is thoroughly mixed by the scraper, ensuring uniform heating and significantly shortened production cycles.

  • Elastic sealing at feeding and discharge ends maintains constant pressure against the drum, preventing sealing laxity

  • Unique transmission system allows manual drum rotation without clutch devices, preventing damage from power outages or overheating

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

A: We have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.

Q3: What is your payment terms?

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.
