The jaw crusher adopts a curvilinear squeeze crushing principle. Compact, stable and easy to maintain, it is the preferred primary crusher for hard and medium-hard ores. Widely applied in mining, metallurgy, construction, highway, railway, water conservancy and C&D waste recycling for primary crushing.

The motor drives the eccentric shaft via V-belt, making the movable jaw reciprocate periodically so material is crushed by compression and splitting in the chamber; the discharge setting is adjustable to control product size.

1. Pre-start check: confirm bolts tightened, lubrication in place, motor rotation correct, chamber clear
2. Start-up: jog test -> confirm rotation -> run empty -> then feed evenly
3. Operation monitoring: watch current, bearing temperature, abnormal noise, product size; no over-speed/over-size feed
4. Feeding: uniform and continuous, avoid segregation, control max feed size <= specified
5. Shutdown: stop feed -> empty chamber -> then stop machine
6. Safety: never feed iron or non-crushable objects; do not open inspection door or adjust mechanism while running
7. Storage: for long shut-down, drain lubricant and apply anti-rust treatment

This machine is a complex swing jaw crusher, which is suitable for rough and medium crushing of various medium hardness (compressive strength below 250Mpa) in laboratories and small and medium-sized quarries.

A: The standard length of profiles and tube are 5800mm to suit for small container, and we also can cut to specific length, however a surcharge of machining and material scrap cost will be charged accordingly based on each individual invoice.

A: we have no MOQ for our new customers, however a surcharge of USD80 will apply for all orders less that USD 1000 for custom handing cost purpose.

A: The payment terms we accept is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, T/T preferred.

A: 1-3 working days for small order, and 3-10 working days for mass production of material, and the final lead time will be subject to each individual invoice.
