The Y&X Electrothermal Blast Drying Oven is designed for efficient and uniform drying, baking, waxing and sterilization applications in laboratories, universities, research institutions, factories and mining enterprises.

The drying oven integrates an electric heating system, forced-air circulation system and temperature control system to provide stable heating conditions. The stainless steel or galvanized inner chamber, adjustable shelves, insulated double-wall structure and double-layer tempered glass viewing window provide convenient and reliable operation.

Designed for use in factories, mining enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and laboratories.

The drying oven uses an electric heating element to generate heat. The air blower circulates heated air through the working chamber, while the temperature sensor continuously detects the chamber temperature.

The temperature controller compares the measured temperature with the preset value and regulates heating to maintain the required operating temperature.

This combination of electric heating + forced-air circulation + automatic temperature control provides stable drying conditions for laboratory and industrial applications.

1. Place materials to be dried inside the working chamber
2. Leave sufficient space around samples for proper air circulation
3. Close the oven door
4. Turn on power supply and fan switch
5. Set required temperature on temperature controller
6. Oven begins heating and circulating hot air
7. After drying, turn off fan before opening door when replacing samples
8. Allow chamber to cool appropriately before removing dried materials

• The oven should be effectively grounded before operation
• The fan should be switched on during operation
• Do not dry perishable, flammable or explosive materials
• Do not operate in environments containing corrosive gases
• Avoid strong vibration and strong electromagnetic fields
• Ambient operating temperature: 5°C-40°C
• Relative humidity should not exceed 85%
• Models 101-4 through 101-8 use 380V three-phase four-wire power supply
• Do not leave equipment completely unattended during operation
• Take care to avoid burns when removing heated materials
