FX Series Flotation Machine features and components
Working Principle
The FX Series flotation machine uses a mechanical agitation system to mix ore slurry and flotation reagents evenly. During operation, the impeller rotates at high speed to generate negative pressure, introducing air into the slurry. Mineral particles selectively attach to bubbles and rise to form froth, while gangue minerals remain in the slurry and are discharged separately. By controlling agitation speed, aeration, reagent dosage, and flotation time, researchers can evaluate mineral separation performance and optimize flotation processes.
