General Introduction

This UV Fluorescent Sulfur Content in Oil Analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the industrial standard SH / T 0689 determination of total sulfur content of light hydrocarbons, engine fuels and other oil products (UV fluorescence method).

It is suitable for the test of sulfur content of gasoline and diesel oil including national V standard.At present, it is an advanced instrument in the fields of coal, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields, which can be widely used at home and abroad.

This UV Fluorescent Sulfur Content Analyzer is also applicable to the requirements of ASTM D 5453 standard.

Product Advantages

1.The UV Fluorescent Sulfur Content Analyzer adopts pulse ultraviolet fluorescence analysis method, with lower detection limit and higher detection accuracy, which can meet the sulfur content detection requirements of national VI and higher standards.

Core components: membrane dryer, filter, xenon lamp, photomultiplier tube and other main accessories are original accessories imported from the United States, Japan and Europe to ensure the quality of the instrument and the accuracy of analysis results. Xenon lamp (Japan) is an ultraviolet pulse light source with stable light intensity, slow attenuation and long service life.

5. Imported high-quality heating furnace wire is adopted, and the service life of cracking furnace is longer.

6. The UV Fluorescent Sulfur Content Analyzer has the function of delayed shutdown. At the end of the experiment, the time can be set for automatic shutdown to allow the cracking furnace to cool naturally and shut down automatically at the time, which overcomes the shortcomings of manual waiting in the past.

7. Reaction chamber: at the same time, the advanced technology of double leak proof (light and gas) machining is adopted, the detection sensitivity and repeatability are significantly improved, and the measured data results have reached the international advanced level.

8. Analysis results: the instrument has fast analysis speed (2-3min / sample), accurate and stable analysis, and the repeatability error is much better than the analysis error requirements of SH / T 0689.

9. Single point correction of standard sample reverse standard, high pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily, and there is no need to redo the standard curve.

10. Instrument calibration: the standard samples imported from the United States and Japan are used to calibrate the instrument to ensure the accuracy of instrument measurement, so as to make the instrument surpass similar domestic products in trace measurement and accuracy.

11. The open LIMS database management mode is convenient for database retrieval and management.

12. Optional solid injector; The solid injector is equipped with a refrigeration system.

13. Nitrogen digester can be selected to eliminate the interference of high nitrogen and meet the detection of high nitrogen and low sulfur.

14.Detection of back pressure in the gas pipeline, the gas circuit is cut off or the air source is not opened, and the instrument can alarm to ensure that the detector, pipeline, etc. are not contaminated.
