General Introduction                                                                                                                             

This Micro Carbon Residue Tester is designed and made as per GB/T17144-1997(2004) Test Method for Carbon Residue of Petroleum Products-Micromethod. It is suitable to determine the the amount of carbon residue of petroleum products.
The measurement range of this instrument is 0.10%(m/m)~30.0%(m/m).The test result is equivalent to the result of determination by Conradson method(GB/T268) if the carbon residue value is higher than 0.10%(m/m).
The instrument can also be used to determine the petroleum products composed of distillate oils which carbon residue value is lower than 0.10%(m/m). But the specimen shall samplinged to 10%(V/V)distillation residue according to GB/T6536 firstly.

1.This Micro Carbon Residue Test Equipment adopts a microcontroller system, combined with color LCD touch screen, desktop integrated structure, left focus box, right instrument control unit, reasonable design, safe and reliable.
 
2.The touch screen displays the temperature of the instrument's combustion chamber temperature, heating rate, running time, status and other status information.
 
3.The industrial computer control system can follow the pre-set program, each interface has operation prompts, automatically control the whole process of the test, and the operation and control are convenient.
 
4.In full accordance with the standard requirements, the flow rate of nitrogen is automatically adjusted, the heating rate is automatically controlled, the temperature is automatically controlled, the gas volume is easy to adjust, the heating rate is accurate, and the temperature control is stable.
 
5.Automatically collect test data, calculate the results, and save the data according to user requirements

6.Equipped with high-precision temperature control and temperature sensing system, the temperature control accuracy reaches ±2°C and the resolution is 0.1°C.
 
7.The micro carbon residue tester equips a electric balance to achieve the automation of sample weighing and data input.
